Trading a protected 13 rounder

Would love to know what would be equitable return for trading away a protected 13 round draft pick in a BL 24 team format? Have asked for a 14 and another later pick, but the resistance has been too great. Have been offered a 15 for the 13, but that seems too little. Suggestions?
