AL is a little easier because you dont pinch hit as much normally... but the concept of controlling when you pinch hit scoresheet makes very simple and they explain it on the lineup sheets... I would choose a league based on your knowledge in each league... if you think you know one better than the other go for it... also if a team you could pick up has a player or two you like you could make your decision on that.... I am in two leagues that need owners... one AL one NL.. any questions about the leagues just email me leedsport@yahoo.com
