NL JABO, a Continuing NL league, is looking to expand from 10 to 12 teams.

JABO has been together for 11 years, with 7 owners being together since inception. This past year we were forced to become a 10 team and now would like to get back to 12 teams.

Here is a link to the league:

We have set the below rules for our expansion draft.

- Existing owners protect 4 players from their roster (can be any combination of NL players, rookies and AL crossovers; can be more than 1 crossover if desired)
- Expansion owners select from the players left unprotected
- When an existing team loses its first player, it is allowed to pull back 3 players from the pool and place them on the protected list (again, any combination of NL players, rookies and AL crossovers)
- When an existing team loses its second player, it is allowed to pull back 3 more players
- When an existing team loses its third player, all remaining players from this team are removed from the expansion draft pool
- Expansion teams will end up with 15 players each, which will be any combination of NL players, rookies and AL crossovers
- For the 2011 season, current members are allowed to keep 12 (includes 1 crossover) + 3 rookies.
-The new Owners will draft before the play-off teams in the regular draft (which would be numbers 8 & 9).

Some of our league rules that differ from regular Scoresheet leagues are

**only one AL Crossover allowed (waived the first year for new owners)
**only 3 rookies are allowed to be kept (also waived the first year for new owners)
**all protection slots are tradeable

All league rules are in the league constitution.

If anyone has interest in becoming an owner in JABO or has questions about the league, feel free to contact me at Dmcanes@gmail.com

Thank you for your time,

David
