New NL Root League with Unique Rules

This is a new 10-team NL root league. The rules are designed to ensure the integrity of the composition of the root teams as well as the NL identity of the league. Started 12/31/11 and already has six strong owners. I will send the rules and a list of available root teams at your request. Please reply to strichart@comcast.net.
