I am looking for an NL only team. Your available team is accurately described as a "rebuild opportunity."
As I understand the rules, a team must keep 13 players.
Can an minor leaguer, like Andrew Painter, be counted as one of the 13 players? Or can he only be kept as a minor leaguer?
