Looking for 10 owners to draft a standard rules AL.

No special rules for the first year. If owners collectively decide to do so, a 'constitution' can be drafted and any deviation from Scoresheet rules can be incorporated in year two.

Been playing 35 years now and I'm looking to get back to basics.
