This is a private league with unique rules. We have three openings and intend to have a dispersal draft with all of the players from the open teams. Current owners will also have the option to throw their teams into the dispersal and join the fun.
Some of our rules that differ from standard:
- Drafts are all live online, both preseason and supplemental drafts.
- You can keep as many as 30 regular non-rookie players, or you can keep 0 and start from scratch each year.
- Unlimited crossovers, and in fact crossovers that were cut are still available in the next year's draft
- Unlimited rookies. You can also convert supplemental picks during the season into rookie keepers for the following season to save draft picks.
- Players become available for supplemental drafts as soon as they crossover to the NL. This makes the last supplemental draft a lot of fun with the MLB trade deadline deals.

REMINDER: An option would be to just select a team number in the dispersal and keep 0 regulars. The offseason crossovers (ie Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, etc) will be available in the preseason draft, so you could secure one of those top spots, also challenging other owners to throw in their teams to get one of the great crossovers. There are so many options to try different strategies.
