Two openings in a BL league

We have two openings in BL Moe Berg, a 24 team league with a soft-protection system (we keep 8-18) plus five scoresheet rookies. This league is so competitive that a former Tournament of Champions winner finished dead last this past season. We will hold a dispersal draft with the two available teams (teams 8 & 16) once we have the owners.
