ALBBX is a long standing league that was formed in the 1990's. We follow Scoresheets rules with these changes: 1. We award 2 Wild Card teams to the playoffs; 2. We restructure the division setup each year (so strong teams are spread among multiple divisions); 3. We require the World Series Champion owner t0 be League Commissioner the following year. We have 4 openings that will be filled by a dispersal draft - snake format. There are some high quality players to be drafted (Ohtani, Guerrero, Mountcastle, Altuve to name a few).
