NL Rising Phoenix is a root league that has existed for a number of years. The Colorado Rockies' root team (Team 2) is available. Each year we protect 14 major leaguers (at least 7 of which must be from the root team). We also protect without penalty of lost rounds up to 15 minor leaguers (Up to 5 non-root without penalty and the remainder root without penalty-you may keep more with round losses). The top two picks in each year's amateur draft are automatically assigned to the root team. The 14 player keeper list for Team 4 in NL Pedro has been completed. The team has all of its picks and picks 3rd in each round. The Spring Draft will run from March 23 through April 4 (rounds 15-35). For the most part the league operates with standard SS rules, with a couple of exceptions in addition to those above which I can explain to interested parties.
