BL contract type league with a couple openings

Don Mearns (dlmearns@frontier.com) runs a league called BL NCML (New Connie Mack League). It's a contract league with 2 openings, Teams 6 & 12, which uses years rather than $$$, to sign players. During the season they have a bi-weekly 3 round free agent draft, and at the end of August they hold a 5 round minor leaguers draft. Teams keep 20 players each year. If you have an interest in a 20 team BL (picking form both the AL and NL) that incorporates contracts to retain players, please contact Don at dlmearns@frontier.com for specific rules.
