BL-Fisk is a long-running 20 team BL with three vacancies for the 2016 season. Teams 10, 18 and 20 are available. We will be having a three-team dispersal draft for the new owners, followed by some time for trading before keeper lists are due. See below for a list of the better players eligible to be chosen in the dispersal draft. We will be able to conduct the dispersal draft as soon as we have three new owners and they are ready to draft. The available teams have all their picks except for one round 14 (will resolve that in the dispersal).

Fisk has a soft 13 keeper system. Teams may keep up to 13 veterans, or they can redeem keeper slots for draft picks in earlier rounds. For example, a team keeping 12 veterans would have a draft pick in round 13 if they didn't trade any keeper slots away, and that 13th round pick would be one round before teams with full keeper lists start drafting. The team that keeps the fewest players will pick first overall assuming they didn't trade away keeper slots.

Player eligibility - no restrictions, college, high school, etc. players eligible
Divisions are re-aligned every two years, and will be realigned next before the 2017 season
