We are looking for ten owners in the Southern NJ/Philadelphia/Delaware area for a new NL continuing league with a LIVE draft. Rules include 13 keepers, 2 crossovers, up to 5 rookies and each team will be allowed to draft two AL players at any time in their team history (could draft one this year, the other in ten years).
