NL All-Stars is an active dynasty league (est. 1995) with standard scoresheet rules (13 regular keepers, unlimited rookie
keepers, and 2 AL cross-overs). Our preseason (Feb 26) and supplemental player drafts utilize scoresheet's web-based
format. Owners are expected to answer trade proposals promptly and manage their teams from start to finish regardless
of won-lost record.
Currently, there are three teams available; all retain a full complement of keeper slots and draft picks. Team 8 won its
division and finished 87-75, so it's "win-now." Team 7 had a mediocre season, finishing 81-81 but has above average
talent. Team 12 finished near the bottom with a 68-94 record, is in need of an overhaul, and holds the #2 overall 2016
