We have one opening in our AL Rose HOF league that is starting its second year.
League rules are:
up to 13 keepers
up to 2 crossover players
up to 5 rookies
you cant use regular protection spots to protect rookies
you are allowed to draft two NL players at any time in your teams history (I think they have 1 more NL player draft spot)
10 teams
