4 Openings in BL Kung Fu Pandas

BL Kung Fu Pandas is a 20 team league that has 4 openings:

All 4 teams have all of their spring draft picks, and 2 have extra picks.

Team 3 (81-81 last year)
Team 10 (81-81) - has extra picks in 14, 16, 17 and 19
Team 13 (83-79) - has an extra 16
Team 16 (95-67)

We use all standard Scoresheet rules with one addition. The teams who finish in the bottom 4 of winning pct play a post season tournament with the winner receiving the #1 pick in the spring draft.
