Soft means that if you chose to keep 3 players you start drafting in rd4. You can keep from 0 to 10 all up to you in a soft format. 4 means only 4 rookies can be keep but we do have the rule you can draft anyone so if you want the hot high school SP you can draft him now. And Yes it is a BL and continues format with scoresheet.

The league openings have been filled at this time.
