New NL Continuing League

We need two more owners for a brand new NL Continuing League.

Basic rules are:
-13 keepers
-Up to 2 AL crossovers
-Up to 5 rookies max (you can't use regular spots on rookies either)
-All spots- regular protection, crossover, and rookie sports are all tradable
-You can draft two AL players at any time in your team's history (one this year, one in 2018 for example)
