NL Falling Concrete is a continuing league with a unique format. The owner of the Philadelphia Phillies (Team 8) must quit the team at the end of the year and is willing to turn the team over to a new owner now.
The league is a 10 team NL continuing league.
Fourteen major league players are protected each offseason. At least seven players must be from your root team. Thus, you must keep at least seven Phillies. The other seven major league players may be Phillies or from other teams.
Each team may also (without loss of picks 35, 34, etc.) keep up to 15 minor league players. At least 10 of the minor league players must be from the Phillies to keep them without losing picks. The other five minor league players may be from any team. You may keep more than fifteen minor league players, but then you start losing rounds 35, 34, etc. We also assign the top two minor league draft picks from each June amateur draft to the root team.
We operate using the Scoresheet web-site drafts, but draft at different times than regular SS drafts.
I will answer questions and send a copy of the Constitution to interested parties.
