+1 to what Jan said about the great owners and interesting rules in this league. Keeping 5 minor league players from any system plus the top 10 minor league players from your root team's farm system is pretty great. You also have the option to change root team to another available AL org if you can wheel and deal your way there - I've moved team 7 from CLE to HOU to BAL in the 10 seasons I've been in the league.
