Team 2 is available after an owner that has been in the league 30+ years decided to step away.

The league uses standard Scoresheet rules except you have the choice to keep between 13-17 keepers. If you keep 13 you start drafting in the 14th, if you keep 14 you start drafting in the 15th….. If you trade a keeper slot (1-13) you start drafting in the 14th. If you trade a pick between 14-16 you start drafting the next round (you cannot hold past a pick that has been traded). We use the Scoresheet drafting tool for the spring and supplemental drafts.
