BL Bush League is a 16 team league that. has been around for many many years. Team 12 is competitive with all of its draft picks.
The league uses standard scoresheet rules with one exception. Teams have the option of holding between 13 - 17 players (rookies are kept following the scoresheet rules). If you keep 13, your team starts drafting in the 14th round. If your team holds 14, you start drafting in the 15th round...... if you hold 17 you start drafting in the 18th round. If you trade a draft pick between 14-17, you can only hold the number of players that allows you to trade that pick. (If you trade a 15, you can only hold 14 players).
