We are looking to start a BL with Salary Caps. Caps will be after the first year. $175,000 based on the values set in Baseball Forecaster.

Looking for minimum of 16 teams, hoping for 20. Have 6 so far. We will see where we are by february 15 on that score.

Another rule we intend: Teams limited to 6 trades during the season.
