I would love to start a new AL (10 Owners) OR Combined League (18 owners minimum) that protects at least 30 players and as many as 40 guys.
About 3 years ago, I was in a legaue that protected 40 guys and it was the most active, realistic league I have ever been in. You can now protect your depth guys, relievers and prospects all on one roster. Trading is more fun and realistic because prospects and relievers have more value. When drafting in spring we would have 10 rounds if we protected 30 or if 40, you have to drop players before drafting so your roster would not exceed 40 guys. And still have sup drafts of 1 round drafting 6 players. If you want a better explaination or think you are interested, drop me an email at
