For anyone looking for a competitive and fun league with active owners and live online drafts, please consider BP-Indy. Unlike many leagues that use list-based drafts, the live drafts let you control exactly who you take with each pick.
In addition to our spring draft, we also conduct three in-season live chatroom supplementals of four rounds apiece. In these drafts, owners may select any current NL player, including anyone traded into the league during the year. Cliff Lee, C.C. Sabathia, and Dan Hudson all joined the league this way during past seasons, as did June draftees Stephen Strasburg, Bryce Harper, and Justin Upton.
The dispersal draft will include players from teams 4, 9, & 11. One of these teams is a perennial playoff contender formerly run by founding owner Ray West, and the two others also include an impressive cache of potential keepers. Given the wealth of available talent, including stars like Sabathia, Hamels, Cain, Kennedy, Teixeira, Adrian Beltre, and young studs like Brett Lawrie and Julio Teheran, your team easily could be an immediate contender with 13 strong keepers and a few promising rookies. You can see a more complete list of available players below.
Founded 9 seasons ago by former league commissioner Will Carroll, current BP-Indy owners include Scoresheet veterans Andy Rasor, Mark Dailey, Kevin Carroll, Chris Gilley, and the 2010 Scoresheet-talk Tournament Champions, Jess & Tim Polko, all of whom have run teams since the league's inception.
