I have a friend who's a veteran Scoresheet baseball GM, but he's been out for the last 2-3 seasons. But he's looking to get back in and wants me to join a league with him, so you can count two owners here.
I know of a company that can handle our rosters and salary cap information and has an auction board feature that's pretty cool. . We could do our roster business there and transfer the players over to Scoresheet where we do our lineups and they run the simulation.
More about the auction board:
Each time a new high bid comes in on a player, a clock is set to 48 or 60 hours (could be voted on).
The company is called Fanstar, and it would only cost us 50 dollars a year (First year is $89, but they have an early bird special where you can renew for just $49 or $59).
I have run my fantasy basketball league for 3 years, and I am starting a new football league using their web sites. And the best part about them is no advertising banners. It's a completely private web site like Scoresheet.
There are some other interesting ways we can manage our teams using Fanstar, like having a minor league system, but we can get more into that later if you like the idea. Either way, I'm going to be looking to start a scoresheet league like the one I'm talking about if I this doesn't work out. I really like the Fanstar service for handling rosters. Between them and Scoresheet, that would be a great league!
Let me know.
