To add, I'd like to have a normal Scoresheet draft, with the one exception being that each team has a salary cap. Player values would be based on the dollar values from a source such as Lindy's Fantasy Baseball 2012 magazine (or another comparable source). Since the league would have quite a few teams fewer than MLB, and with the salary cap in effect, this would add an element of strategy that normal league do not have. It would also mean that not every star in MLB would be signed by a team due to that fact that salary caps must be adhered to, which allows for fairer play for future expansion or new owner coming in that are taking over existing teams. There are a few other custom ideas that I have, but they would all be up for discussion.
