There are limits to the kind of team you can roster in a typical Scoresheet draft, as everyone gets one pick per round.
Have you ever wanted to try to get 3-4 ace SP and live with whatever else you can find?
How about a monster top 5 in a lineup? Or instead, a large platoon lineup made up of 13 decent players that could be procured more cheaply but maybe their weaknesses are mitigated? What about a "bullpen of doom"?
AL Auction could be the place for you. We don't draft; we bid. It's up to you, the owner, to decide to go all-in or spread out. Of course you need to flex to what the others are doing!
The auction is conducted on a first-class web site designed for this purpose. Bids are good for about 12 hours, so no need to check in *too* often, but it does take more attention than a SS web draft. It can get a little intense.
