Hello,
BL-Fisk is a long-running 20 team BL with one vacancies for the 2020 season. Team 8 is available. This team is winding down after a decent run including playoffs - may be a rebuild needing to happen. I think Fisk is good league for that situation though b/c the soft keeper system and unlimited rookies are friendly to rebuilders. The league also has traders will to pay rebuilders for vets they have to sell-off in-season. FYI, we reshuffle divisions, and will be doing so this year. See more about our rules below.

Fisk has a soft 13 keeper system. Teams may keep up to 13 veterans, or they can redeem keeper slots for draft picks in earlier rounds. For example, a team keeping 12 veterans would have a draft pick in round 13 if they didn't trade any keeper slots away, and that 13th round pick would be one round before teams with full keeper lists start drafting. The team that keeps the fewest players will pick first overall assuming they didn't trade away keeper slots. Since moving to the soft keeper system, we have seen tighter races in our divisions, but I don't think that has punished good owners from success. I think the league rules help distribute talent, and gets teams who are retooling back into contention quickly when done right.
