AL-Skeeter is looking for a few new owners. It's a 13-keeper, 12-team AL League that's been going for a while now. The five supplemental drafts are replaced by free agency, with each team able to sign 10 eligible players at any time. June MLB draftees are not eligible until the following spring. Otherwise, pretty much standard Scoresheet rules.
