18 team BL looking for new owners

BL Bush is an 18 team league. The only exception to the standard ScoreSheet rules is that we allow teams to keep between 13-17 players, loosing a pick at the front of the draft for every additional player kept.

Teams 5, 6, 10, 14, & 16 will be part of an dispersal draft for new owners. The dispersal draft will take place prior to keepers being due. There are some very exciting players on these rosters and all the teams should come out of the dispersal in positions to compete.
