Teams 11 and 14 belong to owners that are not returning so they are available. We have 1 new owner already committed and just need 1 more.

Instead of giving each new owner 1 of these teams we intend to have a dispersal draft among the 2 owners from the players on these teams - we think that's more fair for the new owners. We'll have the dispersal draft before our full league draft and the 2 new owners will compile their keeper lists from players they get from the dispersal draft.
