Annual March draft of 10 rounds for each team bringing total of 40 players for each team. (No forfeiting picks for protecting minor league prospects or having to worry about x-overs. You can even keep them and your entire bullpen on your 30 man protected list if you want) Only one in season supplemental draft of 6 rounds (before the amateur draft) bringing each team 46 players for the remainder of the season. So after the protection lists are due, the 10 round draft that begins in March each year will have all the signed international Free agents AND all the previous year's amateur draftees.
