We have seventeen owners thus far. We need 7 more owners to fill out the league. Here are the basic rules:

1) 24 teams
2) 40 Rounds
3) A Murphy style protection plan. Teams must keep a minimum of 8 players and a maximum of 18 players. If you keep 8 players, you start drafting in round 9, if you keep 12 you start drafting in round 13, etc.
4) 3 rookie spots, with loss of Round 35, 34 and 33 picks if you keep 3.
