just a short note to encourage you to take this team...yeah, it sucks but as jim said there is a willingness to trade. especially from a standpoint of dealing prospects and young players with potential for established stars that will help teams win now. there are some older vets on team 5 that are solid that you could probably deal at some point for some younger players/minor leaguers that will help you retool.

also, the league allows 3 xovers so there may be some opportunity down the road to pick up some al talent that can't be kept and would have to be dealt for the owner to get any value back.
