The fact that I am in it. Seriously.
The league is full of active owners all with decent senses of humor (none as good as mine of course). My experience has been that everyone is open for trade dialog and takes all trade offers seriously. Lots of times I've started a discussion about a trade and as the discussion evolved have made a trade completely unrelated to the one that started off the talk.
The other thing that I like is that all the teams are pretty competitive. I think all but a few teams were in the wild card hunt for a while and the last place team made a really strong late season push.
