AL private league has 2 openings

We are a private AL league looking to fill two openings for 2011: Team 7 and Team 9. The two new owners would participate in a dispersal draft.

Our league has some unique departures from standard Scoresheet rules, the most important being:
(a) a maximum of 10 keepers from year to year
(b) a maximum of 5 prospects (in addition to the 10 keepers)
(c) four qualifiers for the playoffs, consisting of the two division winners plus the two teams with the next best record.

We use the standard Scoresheet Web Draft for drafting players.

Our rules give everyone a chance to compete each year. We've been in existence for 3 years, with a different champion each year, so it's been very competitive.
