Have about 4 or 5 guys. Basic Scoresheet rules but would like to change a few things. AL Only--10 teams

1) Rookie limits upped( Not sure by how much)--Meaning total innings pitched or Plate Appearances
2) 12 Protect spots instead of 13--Makes easier for teams to rebuild--Better draft
3) Would change deadline for signing to be Late February--Draft starts in March
4) Unlimited rookie protect..but cost draft picks
