Tired of non-commuicative league?

Am I the only one tired of a non communicative league with minimal trade discussion, unreturned emails, etc? Would be great to form a new league with 10 dedicated owners, perhaps even some pre-planned online gatherings to stimulate trade talks like the Winter meetings. Retiain basic league rules to keep things simple, just need active managers.
