Mixed AL/NL league with 16 teams still needs 1 more owner so we can kick of 2018.

We have a soft 10 keeper format with unlimited rookie keeper slots.

Teams 11 and 14 belong to owners that are not returning. We have 1 replacement owner lined up and and trying to find the 2nd one. Plan is to have a dispersal draft among the 2 new owners from among these 2 teams before the league wide draft in late February/early March.
