NL Jose Fernandez, a brand new NL Continuing league, needs one more owner. We have already determined draft order and had the ten owners, but one owner now wants out if he can find an owner to take his team. He is team 9, which gives the new owner the 9th pick. The draft is snaked, so the new owner will pick 9th, then 11th.
Rules of the new league:
-Up to 13 keepers
-Up to 2 AL crossovers
-Up to 8 rookies
-All of these spots can be traded.
Each team can draft two AL players at any time in their team history. They could draft one this year, then wait five years to draft their other. In years an owner drafts an AL player, they get to keep three crossovers instead of two, but only in a year they draft an AL player, for that one year only.
This is a brand new draft, which are great!
