Ron Engel and Owen Jones are co-commissioners of a combined league (a league picking from both the AL and NL), that is looking for owners to take over a half dozen orphaned teams, with the plan being that the new owners would do a dispersal draft among those orphaned team's rosters. The league is BL Redleg Snyder
